  • 1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 2 small packages of instant butterscotch pudding/pie filling

Instructions

    Melt the butter or margarine and mix in the flour and nuts. Press the mixture into a 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees until done.

    Mix together: 1 package of cream cheese, softened; 1 small Cool Whip; 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar

    Pour into the crust.

    Mix together: 3 cups of milk; 2 small packages of instant butterscotch pudding/pie filling

  5. 5

    Pour over the cream cheese mixture and top with Cool Whip.
