  • 1 lbs ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 T curry powder
  • 1 T Splenda
  • 1/2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 grated apple
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Brown lamb in pan and remove.

  3. 3

    Melt some butter and brown onions.

  4. 4

    Return lamb to pan and add curry, splenda, s&p. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and apple.

    Pour mixture into casserole dish.

    Mix eggs, cream and nutmeg and pour on top of mixture.

  7. 7

    Bake 45 min.
