Berry Muffins I (without eggs)

  • 2 cup flour
  • 0.3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk (scant)
  • 1 cup berries
  • 2 tablespoons
  • butter
  • 4 teaspoons baking
  • powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Rinse the fresh blueberries in water a couple of times.

    Drain all the water and place the blueberries in a bowl or on a plate.

    Gently fold in the berries using a rubber spatula.

  4. 4

    Fill the muffin tins about ⅔rds full.

  5. 5

    Bake at 400F for about 8-10 minutes.

    Reduce the temperature to 375F and bake for another 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
