  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup soft bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Shape into 4 large (1 ½" thick) patties.

    Broil about 6 minutes on each side until browned on the outside.
