Beef Burritos
A healthy low-carb recipe for Beef Burritos.

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 t taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 t powdered chicken broth
- 1 cup (8 oz) shredded taco cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup black soy beans
- 3 Dottie's Crepes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Brown the meat and add the taco seasoning.

Mix sour cream, ricotta, powdered broth, and 1/4 cup salsa into beef.

Drain beans well and add to mixture.

Spoon some beef mixture onto crepes, sprinkle with cheese and roll up.

Place in baking dish.

Sprinkle with a little cheese.

Bake 30 minutes until heated.

Top with 1 T salsa and sprinkling of cheese.
