- 2lbs. beef cubed into 1" pieces
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4oz) can whole mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red wine

Combine all of the above in a crock pot.

Stir together well then cover.
