Beef, Bean and Cheese Tostadas

  • 4 slices provolone (3)
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion (3.7)
  • 1/2 cup organic black soy beans (5)
  • 1 t chili powder (1.4)
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato (2)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (1.2)
  • 2 T sour cream (1)

Instructions

    Using parchment paper, microwave each slice of provolone for 1-2 min until brown and crispy

    Brown ground beef & onions, drain fat

    Add spices and drained beans and heat

    On each provolone shell, layer meat mixture, top with tomato, then cheese
