Beef and Noodle Bowl

- 6 oz ramen noodles (2 packages, discard flavor packets)
- 12 oz beef top round steak
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
Instructions

Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (discard flavor packets). Drain and set aside.

Cut beef across the grain into bite-size strips.

Heat oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and garlic in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Push beef to the edges of the pan. Add broth and soy sauce to the center; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then stir meat into broth. Cook 2 minutes more.

Add noodles, green onions and shredded carrots; toss to combine. Ladle into bowls and serve immediately.
