Beef and Mushroom Crepe Filling

  • 1 Tablesp olive oil or coconut oil
  • 3 oz lean ground beef
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    In a large, nonstick skillet, brown the beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms, until the meat is no longer pink.

    Drain the juice.

    Divide steak and onions and mushrooms into 10 crepes.

  5. 5

    If the crêpe has any holes in it, quickly add a few drops of batter to fill them in.

  6. 6

    Melt about 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and sauté the filled crepes on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
