  • 1 lb. venison chops or steak, cut into large chunks
  • 4 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)

Instructions

    In a large skillet, brown meat on all sides.

    Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, Tabasco, mustard, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke.

    Add green beans and potatoes.

    Cover and simmer until meat and potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
