  • 3 c. SOY MILK
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. raw cashews
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. pitted dates
  • 2-3 sliced bananas

Instructions

    LIQUEFY all ingredients except bananas.

    POUR into a saucepan, and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

  3. 3

    POUR a thin layer of the “custard” mixture into a baked pie shell or layer of granola, then ADD a layer of sliced bananas.

  4. 4

    Repeat, then add the remaining custard, and garnish with sliced almonds.

  5. 5

    CHILL over night, and SERVE cold.
