Bacon-wrapped Avocado Fries

  • 4 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped into strips
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and cut each half into thin slices.

    Wrap each slice with a piece of bacon strip, securing it with a toothpick if needed.

    Arrange the bacon-wrapped avocado slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the avocados are heated through.
