- 4 oz cheddar cheese
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- Preheat oven to 350F

Cook bacon

Brown beef and drain well

Mix beef, egg, cheddar and spices

Press mixture into small casserole and top with mozzarella
