  • 1/3 cup of Minute Tapioca
  • 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
  • 4 cups of sliced tart apples
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

    Mix all if the ingredients together and let stand for 10 -15 minutes to allow the tapioca to dissolve.

    Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often.

    Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the apples are tender.
