Apple Cream Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 can apple pie mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 16 oz sour cream

Instructions

    Add margarine to cake mix, blend well.

    Add nuts, and coconut. Press mixture into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.

    Mix 1 can apple pie mix, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Spread over the first layer.

    Beat 1 egg until foamy. Add 16 oz sour cream, mix well.

    Pour over top of apple mixture.

    Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
