- 3 c Self rising flour
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 6 oz Butterscotch chips
- 1 c Apples, peeled and diced
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c Milk

Combine flour and sugar.

Combine remaining ingredients; add all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened.

Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 425~ for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
