Apple Butter Muffins

  • 1-3/4 cups Flour
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Apple or Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/3 cup Apple Butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped Pecans
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Instructions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, spice and salt.

    Add egg, milk, and oil.

  3. 3

    Spoon 1 Tbsp mix into muffin tins.

  4. 4

    Top with apple butter (1 tsp in each).

  5. 5

    Then finish filling cups with batter.

  6. 6

    Mix pecans and sugar and sprinkle over batter.

  7. 7

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
