  • 1 cup butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp butter extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 T liquid splenda
  • 6 pkts sweet & low

Instructions

    Cream butter and sweetener.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

  3. 3

    Add baking soda & powder and extracts.

  4. 4

    Add flour, a little at a time.

  5. 5

    Pour into greased 11x7 glass dish

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 40 min.
