Crock Pot Potato Soup

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns
  • Water to cover
  • 1 bouillon cube for each c. of water
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 0.5 lb diced ham

Instructions

    Chop up all your veggies and add them to the slow cooker.

    Add the potatoes, onion, stock, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the slow cooker.

    Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.

    Blend the soup in the pot with an immersion blender.

  5. 5

    Stir in your milk, and then taste the soup.

    After adding milk, set the Crock Pot to WARM and allow it to heat through completely for about 15 minutes.

    Serve with toppings and enjoy!
