- 7 cup applesauce
- 2 cup apple cider
- 1 0.5 cup honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground cloves
- 0.5 tsp ground allspice

In crock pot, mix all ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat 14-15 hours

until mixture is a deep brown. Peek while hot into 4 hot pint jars. Process in

hot water bath for 10 minutes counting time after jars have been immersed and

water again comes to a rolling boil.
