  • 1 can chopped Ortega peppers, 10 oz.
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 lb. chuck roast

    Meat from bones

    Night before begin cooking 2 lbs. chuck roast in crock pot (cook all night).

    In morning, remove the bones. Add to crockpot the above. Cook on low heat the

    rest of day. Add mixture to flour tortillas. Also add refried beans, sour

  5. 5

    cream, grated cheese with meat. Wrap in foil and bake 350 degrees for 10

    minutes.
