Crock Pot Hearty Beef Stew

  • 2 lb stew meat, chop in 1 inch cubes
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 med. onion, diced
  • 2 can whole tomatoes, 14 1/2 oz.
  • 4 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly.

    Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
